Meet Nigerian SuperStar Coach who remains unbeaten in the United States.

When it comes to Coaches who have graced Nigerian Football, a lot have come and gone as few only made a mark.

Mikky Nsien is one of the top and most qualified Nigerian coaches around the world whose tactical Prowess with his club side hasn’t been appreciated enough.

Mikky Nsien is the Current Head Coach of the United States second division side Tulsa FC and has been unbeaten in the league so far, with 2 wins and 3 draws.

He once played for the youth teams of Nigeria and he’s ready for the opportunity that comes his way.

He’s coached top Nigerian Players like Mfon Udoh, Solomon Kwanbe and a host of others who have also learnt the tactical knowledge of the round leather game from him.

Mr Mikky Nsien made it known during an interview with NSM that a lot of Nigerian coaches are not been exposed enough and that’s why there’s been tactical deficiency in the department.

In his words, he also said that “Mentality matters a lot in the game and the knowledge you have as a coach will give you the edge as you expect the rest to take care of itself naturally”.

“Most Nigerian coaches aren’t exposed to technology as well and that is why it is difficult to experience quick development despite having a lot of talented players”.

“I’ve always loved Nigeria and will not hesitate if given an opportunity to bring my experience to the team even as an assistant coach”.

“Although I was born in the United States but Nigeria will always be my home” said Mikky Nsien.

Mikky Nsien also talked about the integration of youths players into the National teams of Nigeria as he calls it “Lack of Intentional Development”.

He said ” the system isn’t coordinated, that is why these Players find it difficult to integrate well”.

“There are a lot of good players developing in Nigeria and it is important to put them in a system and environment that they can continually grow”.

Mikky Nsien has stated that his intentions right from when he started coaching is to be successful and win games and also transition Nigerian youth players to top teams around the world.

It takes a lot to become a coach of the National team of a country and it demands high level of Coaching Professionalism to succeed.

With the Experience of Mikky Nsien, he’s ready to take of any challenge that comes his way, be it as the Head of of the Nigeria youth teams or as an assistant.
